Eligibility & Timeframe
You may request a return for a full refund within 60 days from the date of your order delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact—no signs of wear, damage, or customization.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected to meet our eligibility criteria, we will initiate your refund immediately. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider’s policies, which are outside of our control.
Non-Refundable Items
Items that show signs of intentional damage, wear and tear, or have been modified/ customized are not eligible for return or refund. We reserve the right to deny refund requests for items that fail our inspection criteria.
Return Shipping
While we provide free worldwide shipping on all original orders, the cost of return shipping to our warehouse is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees, and no shipping cost credits will be issued with your refund.
